Welcome to Minicab Lane, operated by Minicab Lane LTD. By using our platform to book minicab services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Us

Company Registration Number: Minicab Lane is a booking platform connecting passengers with third-party minicab providers. We do not operate vehicles directly.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All reservations should be completed via our app or official website. You will receive a confirmation once the chosen provider accepts your booking. Please check your confirmation and notify us of any issues immediately.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in GBP and fixed at the time of booking. Payments are processed via our platform or directly with the provider, depending on the service. Extra charges may apply for waiting time, parking, tolls, or route changes.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies depend on the service provider. Typically, cancellations made more than 6 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows may incur partial or full charges.

5. Waiting Time

Standard waiting times are set by the provider: usually 60 minutes for airport pickups and 10 minutes for other bookings. Additional waiting time may incur extra fees.

6. Luggage & Passenger Capacity

Ensure your chosen vehicle can accommodate your passengers and luggage. Minicab Lane is not responsible for delays or issues caused by overcapacity or excess luggage.

7. Liability

Minicab Lane is a booking platform, not a transport provider. We are not liable for losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party providers, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events. Our role is to assist in resolving issues with the provider.

8. Passenger Conduct

Service providers may refuse service to passengers exhibiting abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour. Refunds will not be provided in these situations.

9. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via our platform or in writing within 7 days of the journey. We will work with the provider to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

10. Changes to Terms

Minicab Lane Limited may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Ongoing use of our platform following updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

English and Welsh law shall apply to these terms. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
